Clients are responsible for providing accurate company information, feedback, approvals, and legal clearance for any claims, metrics, trademarks, or third-party materials used in deliverables.
Project timelines depend on timely input and feedback. Payment schedules, deposits, and revision rounds are confirmed in the project proposal or statement of work.
Discovery calls may be scheduled through Calendly or handled by email. Submitting a form or booking a call does not create a paid engagement until the project scope, timeline, and commercial terms are accepted.
Final approved deliverables are transferred to the client after full payment unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Internal methods, templates, and reusable know-how remain the property of Goodeck.team.
